The family unit is where our children have their first experiences of relationships and learning. It’s great for the little kids to know their families roots through grandparent’s stories. Share with your kids how big is the family tree, where is their grandparents from, how many aunts and uncles they have. Having a few photos of the family around the house and pointing them out to your toddler occasionally, mentioning the family member in conversation.
