What’s the Difference Between To, Two, and Too?
The word “to” is preposition that means in the direction of movement. It means toward. Other use of “to”:
- refers to the end point of a time period.
- identify the person receiving something.
- show a change of state, conditions or quality.
- “To” + verb (to walk, to run, to read…..etc.)
The word “too” is an adverb that often means also,in addition, as well. It can also means very.
The word “two” is the number, as in number 2.
