Teaching Kids About Money Spending

What we do in spending?

• Buy things that we need.
• Buy at reasonable price.

Give your kids some money, like $2, in a supermarket and have them make choices about what fruit to buy,  to give them the experience of making choices with money.

Talk about needs vs. wants. Help your child make a list of the things they need and the items they want.
